Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
ES.TAR ships orders from Lithuania to customers internationally.
Shipping times depend on the destination, shipping method selected at checkout, and whether the order contains an in-stock or pre-order item.
All available shipping options and applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during collection launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
3. PRE-ORDERS
Products marked PRE-ORDER are not immediately available for dispatch.
Pre-order items have an estimated production and delivery window of approximately 3–4 weeks, as stated on the relevant product page.
The 3–4 week period is an estimated timeframe and may be affected by production, manufacturing, material availability, quality control, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-order items will be dispatched once production has been completed and the order is ready for shipment.
Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for the full terms applicable to pre-order purchases.
4. MIXED ORDERS
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once the pre-order item has been completed.
If ES.TAR offers separate shipment of in-stock items before the pre-order item is ready, this will be communicated where applicable and may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Customers who require an in-stock item immediately are advised to place a separate order from any pre-order products.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected.
The delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate and is calculated separately from any applicable order processing or production period.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where tracking is available.
ES.TAR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, international disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
ES.TAR is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address was provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been shipped.
7. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier has received the parcel.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
ES.TAR ships internationally where shipping services are available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
ES.TAR has no control over customs authorities or the amount of any applicable import charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to import the ordered products into their country.
9. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
If a shipment is returned to ES.TAR because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to collect the package, refused delivery, or otherwise caused the delivery to fail, the customer may be responsible for the costs associated with returning and, where applicable, reshipping the order.
Any refund in such circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and may be reduced by costs that ES.TAR is legally entitled to deduct.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact ES.TAR as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs or other supporting information.
Where appropriate, ES.TAR will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
11. DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
ES.TAR is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, production disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
If an order is significantly delayed or cannot be delivered, ES.TAR will communicate with the customer and provide any remedy required under applicable law.
12. DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon physical possession of the goods by the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, subject to applicable law.
If you have nominated a carrier that was not offered by ES.TAR, responsibility may pass in accordance with applicable consumer law when the goods are handed to that carrier.
13. CONTACT
For questions regarding an existing shipment, please contact ES.TAR with your order number and delivery details.
We recommend contacting us before placing an order if you have specific delivery requirements or questions about whether we ship to your country.
14. CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Shipping Policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Lithuanian or European Union law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
